¶1128.
Canon XXX of this Synod is the same as the Canon LXI of the Council of Agde recited above.
¶1129.
Canon XXXII. The widow of a presbyter or deacon, if she has remarried anyone, is to be driven from the Church so far until she is separated from the illicit union, her husband also being struck with similar severity until correction.

Canon XXXVII. Let not a layman (that is, one with a wife) be ordained a cleric unless religion has first been undertaken.
