¶1548.
Canon XVIII. A certain man named Altmann associated to himself his spiritual co-mother in a wicked marriage; but afterward, having been separated from her by oath, he now again has her associated to himself by an impious coupling. Since we have heard that such a crime has been perpetrated, according to the constitution of blessed Pope Gregory, we strike her with the spiritual sword and bind him with the bond of anathema.
