From the Epistle of the Same Nicholas, to Charles, Archbishop of the Church of Mainz, A.D. 863
¶1515.
If a man has led a widow into marriage, having from a former husband a daughter, and afterward has lain with that same daughter, let the conjunction of the marriage be dissolved in all ways, and let that man be subject to the sanctions of penance, so that, etc.
