Can. 2085.

Once the commission of introduction of the cause has been signed, the doubt whether the sentence concerning non-cult pronounced by the Ordinary is to be confirmed must be discussed by the Cardinal Fathers in particular ordinary meetings. If the sentence of the Cardinal Fathers has declared that cult was offered, by the judgment of the same Fathers, all circumstances having been considered, the cause is to be suspended until all signs of prohibited cult have been removed, and this obedience has been furnished for a certain time to be established by the Fathers themselves.
