Section III: On Injustice and the Connected Obligation of Restitution

Order of the Section. - As many as there are kinds of justice, so many are the opposed kinds of injustice. These must be treated in order. Therefore we shall assign two shorter titles to the injustice which is opposed to legal justice and to distributive justice; but we shall reserve the third title for violations of commutative justice and their consequences.
