Utility. - In the treatise on the sacrament most necessary, three things are especially useful to know: who can or must be baptized; what are the entirely secure modes of conferring baptism; what ceremonies are to be joined with baptism, and by what necessity and in what way they are to be used. It will also help to know accurately the conditions by which the matrimonial impediment from spiritual relationship arises.
