General Decree
¶1.
On the Motu Proprio Abhinc duos annos.
"Since His Holiness Our Lord Pope Pius X commanded that those things which he decreed by the Motu Proprio Abhinc duos annos on the 23rd day of the present month of October be applied opportunely and aptly by this Sacred Congregation of Rites, according to the vote of the liturgical Commission, this same Sacred Congregation of Rites, obeying the will of His Holiness with due observance, judged that the following things were to be declared and established:
