Article III. On the Revalidation of Matrimony Invalid Because of Incapacity of the Parties

For revalidating Matrimony invalid because of an ecclesiastical impediment, before all things the dispensation from the impediment must be obtained. But a dispensation of twofold kind is given, namely: 1° simple dispensation, or in the accustomed mode; 2° dispensation in the root of Matrimony.
