Chapter — Konings, Theologia Moralis
CHAPTER II: ON INJURY IN SPECIES, OR ON SINS AGAINST JUSTICE
¶1.
Here only injuries in goods of fortune are to be treated, namely theft and its species. - For enough has been said concerning other injuries, namely in goods of the body, of honor, and of reputation, in the Treatise on the Fifth and Eighth Precepts of the Decalogue.
¶2.
It must be treated 1° concerning the nature and gravity of theft; 2° concerning the causes on account of which theft ceases to be such.
