CHAPTER III: ON THE MINISTER OF THE SACRAMENTS
¶1.
The Minister of the Sacraments is he who, in the name of Christ, whose place he bears, performs the sacramental action.
¶2.
We must treat: 1° of the requisites in the Minister for conferring the Sacraments; 2° of the office of the Minister in the administration of the Sacraments.
