CHAPTER VI: ON LOAN FOR CONSUMPTION
¶1.
It must be treated 1° concerning the nature of the contract of loan for consumption; 2° concerning profit perceived from loan for consumption, or concerning usury; 3° concerning titles excusing from usury.

Note. - Lender and one lending in this Chapter is understood as "the lender"; borrower, "the borrower"; to lend, "to lend."
