Chapter VII. On the Revalidation of Matrimony

¶1629.

1629. - Matrimony can be invalid: 1° because of defect of consent; 2° because of defect of the prescribed form; 3° because of incapacity of the parties. (46) p. 428.

Appendix annotation (46), to n. 1629. p. 286. col. 2. In whatever way Matrimony is revalidated, the parties, or at least the conscious party, ought to be in the state of grace. Yet if this cannot be taken care of, or if the revalidation of Matrimony must be hastened, nevertheless this is to be done. Cf. Feije, de imp., n. 739.
