Article II: On The Cohabitation Of Spouses

Spouses, on account of the undivided manner of life by which they are bound to each other in turn, and on account of the mutual help which one ought to furnish to the other, are held to cohabit together, unless a legitimate cause of separation has freed them from this obligation. - Whence there is a new argument, the treatment of which we shall dispatch in few words.
