Chapter II: On the Minister of the Eucharist

The minister of the Eucharist ought to be rendered FIT for his office through the power of Order, to have jurisdiction, and to observe the order prescribed by the Church. Hence there will be a threefold article: 1. on the power of Order required in the minister; 2. on the required jurisdiction; 3. on the order to be observed.
