Chapter III: On The Obligations Of Clerics By Reason Of Office
¶1.
A Benefice is always on account of an office; but an office or duty is not always with a Benefice, as is clear from the example of those who are engaged in the state of mission. For our scope it will be enough to have treated concerning the obligations 1) of Bishops, 2) of Canons, 3) of Pastors.
